This photo has been identified as Wiliam A. Leet, Pittsford, NY who died March 6, 1999, by his daughter Allison Leet on January 21, 2008, of Fishers, NY.  She remembers visiting Pierce Rice in Washington, DC when she was 9 or 10 years old.  Her father stayed in touch  with Pierce Rice over the years.
